Who we are

This website is operated by KOSTENKO GROUP LTD (“KOSTENKO GROUP”, “we”, “us”), a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 14783934), registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this site and are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under reference ZB714859.

What we collect, and why

  • Correspondence. If you email us, we process your email address and the contents of your message in order to read and respond to it.
  • Analytics. We use a self-hosted, privacy-friendly analytics tool (Umami) to understand site usage. It is cookieless and does not track individuals across sites; it produces aggregate figures only (such as page views, referrers and country-level location). We do not use it to identify visitors.
  • Administration. A session cookie is used only when the site operator signs in to manage the site. It is not set for ordinary visitors.

We do not run advertising or third-party tracking, and we do not sell personal data.

Legal bases

We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and in operating and securing this website. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it.

Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate the site (such as hosting), and only as needed. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Retention

We keep correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any related follow-up, then delete it.

International transfers

Where data is processed outside the UK, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection in line with UK data-protection law.

Your rights

Under UK data-protection law you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@kostenkogroup.com. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
